Today I’m initiating my final sprint, when it comes to my first milestone in my weight gaining program. I will post my week results on my blog, with pictures as proof. My goal with this attempt, is to weigh 75-80 kg at July 1st, which is in 3 months.
The reason why I’m doing this now, is that I’ve finally made my body and muscles ready for some bulking. Now I just need to eat every 2nd hour, and I must ensure that my calorie intake is above 4000 kcal every day. I will post my week results, together with an example of my meals one of the days.
Wish me luck, I need it, cause this will be the toughest task in the project!
