It's Time For a Result!


Today I’m initiating my final sprint, when it comes to my first milestone in my weight gaining program. I will post my week results on my blog, with pictures as proof. My goal with this attempt, is to weigh 75-80 kg at July 1st, which is in 3 months.

The reason why I’m doing this now, is that I’ve finally made my body and muscles ready for some bulking. Now I just need to eat every 2nd hour, and I must ensure that my calorie intake is above 4000 kcal every day. I will post my week results, together with an example of my meals one of the days.

Wish me luck, I need it, cause this will be the toughest task in the project!

Change Of Workout Program



It has been about a month since I last changed my workout program, which means that it's time for a change .. The new workout program can be found in the link above.

I haven't gained that much weight, but I know that in a few weeks or so, my weigh will raise faster than ever. My weight is at 65 kg. now, and when I started the workout program, I weighed 63 kg .. But I'm still going for my goal at 70 kg., before summertime! (Which is most likely going to be in a couple of months, since it's still snowing here, in March!)

I've experienced some problems with my diet program, cause I still don't eat all of the 4000 kcal/day. Which is why I'm trying to create a new diet program, which will be published asap.

Stay Motivated!


It’s that time of the year, where the majority of all New Year resolutions are being dropped, since sickness and flu rules in every city in every country around the world. I must admit that I am one of the victims for this demotivating periods of the year. I haven’t eaten in a couple of days, and I barely drink any kind of liquids. I know this is a tough time for you guys out there, but you have to stay focused! Think about your goals and the success you want to achieve with this project. This will not happend if you let go now. Take your time and get rid of the flu or the sickness you’re carrying, get back in the game and claim what you deserve – the successful moment where you fight for this project of yours!

Success will come.  At April 1st 2013, I will weigh 70 kg. This is not an allegation. This is a fact.

New Standards


I’ve finally been declared fit to perform exercises all over my body again. My shoulder has grown strong, and it is now time for the special split program I’ve been looking forward to.

A split program is the opposit of the full body program I used in the start of this project. With a split program I am now able to perform exercises with specific muscle groups everyday.

Because of my operation in my shoulder back in October 2012, I’ve been forced to reschedule my goal. Therefore my new goal is now to have a personal weight at 70 kg at April 1st 2013. This goal means that I now have 3 months to gain 7 kg, which is definitely going to happend if I just remember to workout, eat well and sleep!
